At Comor Store, our aim is to provide our valued customers with top-notch products and a seamless shopping experience. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item within 30 days of delivery, kindly follow the instructions below.
Packaging and Condition
Please ensure that you securely pack the items in their original packaging. All products must be returned in new and unused condition. If you have received a broken or defective product, please get in touch with our customer service team.
When shipping your return, please use a traceable and insured method, such as USPS, to ensure a smooth process. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping, handling charges, and other fees are non-refundable. To facilitate a successful return, please provide a valid tracking number when completing the return form.
Refund, Replacement, and Credit Hold
Regular products are eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit hold. However, please note that special or custom products can only be exchanged.
Return Confirmation and Processing Time
Once our team receives and verifies your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your return has been successfully processed. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 7 days to process. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

We understand that there may be instances when you are not entirely satisfied with your Comor Store product. Therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns if the product is in unused and excellent condition. Should you decide to return your item, please note that a $20 restocking fee and the return shipping cost will apply. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you with the exchange process. Please note that a $20 restocking fee may apply, depending on the acceptance of the exchange.
In the event that you receive a defective order, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the product (no need to return the item), and we will promptly send you a replacement.
If the product you received is not as described or incorrect, please reach out to us at [email protected] with photos of the merchandise, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the tracking information, we will immediately ship a new product to you.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Additionally, please be aware that the color or texture of the product may differ from the photo as each item is natural and handmade.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that we strive to ship orders promptly, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the cancellation. However, you may always return the order once you receive it.
